Why Students drop PhD in between?

Out of 10 of us, 8 of my colleagues had dropped their PhD. And this is a story of many. Here are the common reasons why students drop their PhD.

Some supervisor always discourages their students, insult them and shout at them all the time. After some time students leave the place and PhD too.
