8 Tips to Stay Healthy During PhD

Staying healthy is very important for everyone and so for PhDs too. Despite having a busy and stressful schedule these tips help PhDs to stay healthy.

The best solution to stay healthy during PhD is to eat only healthy food including— veggies, fruits and beans. Avoid Outside food.

The biggest problem with PhDs is irregularity. Eat on time— in any condition, don’t disturb your digestive system.

If possible, go to the gym at least 4 days a week. Workout hard.

Hit the gym

I strongly recommend doing yoga every day. It makes your body and mind happy. Also, do meditation to strengthen your mental health.

Don’t take to much stress. Treat your work as work and leave it in your lab.

Again, leave everything at your college, and enjoy it with friends after dinner or on the weekend– without affecting your daily schedule.

The biggest factor to stay healthy during PhD is sleep. Sleep well. Learn to take a deep sleep as much as possible. It will improve your productivity.
