Hey, you can’t get enough done in a day? Feeling like nothing is done or wasted time only. No worries, here are 7 tips from my side.

Prepare a full-proof long-term plan and short-term milestones to achieve the goal—for example, 36 months PhD planning and quarterly progress assessment.

#Tip 1

Develop a results-centric mindset not only achieving “daily to-do” things. Shift your focus from “what to do” to “what to accomplish.”

Be proactive, not reactive. Avoid reacting in every situation—like in case of failure, be proactive, take a stand and start finding the root cause.

Plan your routine in advance at night. Try always to stick with it, unless you have emergency tasks to do.

Make a healthy time schedule. Plan equal time for work, party, social commitments, fitness and mental health.

Though having a pre-planned schedule, start your day with the most important task—for example, sample collection before planning experimentation.
