Plan how you present your work. Make a list of points to be used and also understand how much text, visuals and time you would give to each slide.

1. Plan your presentation

To make your presentation more attractive and eye-catchy, use visuals like– images, tables, graphs and bars. Use different colors to make it more enjoyable.

Decide how many slides you are going to present. Don’t use too many. Give time for discussion. Use 20 to 22 slides only.

Don’t use too much text or visuals. You should have an ideal balance between texts and visuals. It organically creates curiosity for readers.

Use grammatically correct English. Use transition words to show emotions and control the flow, like– furthermore, in addition, nonetheless, however etc.
